An NCQA representative will contact you about an orientation call.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2.<\/strong> Purchase the NCQA <em>Population Health Management Prevalidation Handbook<\/em> (includes forms and fee schedule).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> Submit:\n<ul>\n<li>The prevalidation program agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The program application.<\/li>\n<li>The application fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 4.<\/strong> Attend a prevalidation consultation call and identify functionality supported by the health IT solution.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 5.<\/strong> Submit the element review checklist and per-element fees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 6.<\/strong> Submit the requested documentation and participate in a virtual review of the health IT solution\u2019s functionality.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 7.<\/strong> NCQA reviews your results and provides a decision within 90 days.
