{"id":13849,"date":"2019-10-30T12:04:05","date_gmt":"2019-10-30T16:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ncqa.org\/?page_id=13849"},"modified":"2020-08-05T11:41:56","modified_gmt":"2020-08-05T15:41:56","slug":"hedis-2020-risk-adjustment-tables-usage-agreement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ncqa.org\/hedis\/measures\/hedis-2020-risk-adjustment-tables-usage-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"HEDIS 2020 Risk Adjustment Tables Usage Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tables Usage Agreement<\/h2>\n<p>Use of the National Committee for Quality Assurance\u2019s (\u201c<strong>NCQA<\/strong>\u201d) Risk Adjustment Tables (the \u201c<strong>Tables<\/strong>\u201d) constitutes acceptance of our terms of use as set forth in this usage agreement (the \u201c<strong>Agreement<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The Tables were developed by and are owned by NCQA.<strong> The Tables may only be used, without modification, for a non-commercial purpose to assist with calculation of NCQA\u2019s Risk Adjusted Utilization HEDIS\u00ae measures.<\/strong> NCQA holds a copyright in these materials and can rescind or alter these materials at any time. You may not use the Tables for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, a commercial (including but not limited to vendors using the Tables as part of a product or service to calculate HEDIS measure rates) or research purpose, unless you obtain prior written approval from NCQA and agree to the terms of a separate license, at NCQA\u2019s sole discretion.<\/p>\n<p>You may not copy electronically or otherwise transmit, redistribute, republish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense or otherwise provide the Tables to any third party.
