Results summarize member experiences through ratings, composites and question summary rates.<\/p>\n<p>Four global rating questions reflect overall satisfaction:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rating of All Health Care.<\/li>\n<li>Rating of Health Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Rating of Personal Doctor.<\/li>\n<li>Rating of Specialist Seen Most Often.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Five composite scores summarize responses in key areas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Claims Processing (commercial only).<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service.<\/li>\n<li>Getting Care Quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Getting Needed Care.<\/li>\n<li>How Well Doctors Communicate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NCQA\u2019s Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) is the premier tool for monitoring the quality of health plan care. HEDIS\u00a0<i>Volume 3: Specifications for Survey Measures<\/i>\u00a0includes surveys and protocols for the CAHPS 5.1H Survey.
