We offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Insurance. Choice of health, dental and vision plan options\u2014yes, all NCQA-Accredited. Domestic partner coverage is available for partners and dependent(s).<\/li>\n<li>Retirement Plans. Employer and Employee contribution plans.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Accounts. Employee may set aside pre-tax earnings for medical and dependent care.<\/li>\n<li>Basic Life and Accidental Death &amp; Dismemberment Insurance. NCQA pays premium for coverage that is two times your annual base salary to a maximum of $1,000,000.<\/li>\n<li>Disability Insurance. NCQA pays premium coverage for short-term and long-term disability insurance. Employees may purchase additional long-term disability insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Workers\u2019 Compensation. NCQA provides insurance in the event you are injured while at work.<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time-Off (PTO). Employees earn all-purpose time off for vacation, illness or injury, and personal business.<\/li>\n<li>Parental Leave. New parents receive 8 weeks of parental leave to bond and care for their newborn or adopted child.<\/li>\n<li>Official Holidays. NCQA observes 10 holidays in addition to closing at noon the day before Thanksgiving, closing the day after Thanksgiving, and closing at noon on Christmas Eve.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees may consult our EAP for help with a variety of personal or workplace problems.<\/li>\n<li>Educational Assistance. Employees may receive up to $5,250 reimbursement annually for tuition and other education expenses or fees.<\/li>\n<li>SmartBenefits\u00ae\/Parking. Employees may pay public transit costs on a pre-tax basis. They may also pay for certain monthly parking spaces on a pre-tax basis.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cigna.com\/legal\/compliance\/machine-readable-files\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.<\/em> <\/a><\/p>\n<p>NCQA is a drug free workplace.
